Account and billing summary¶
Guide type: Task guide Difficulty: Beginner Applies to: SmartSize plans and usage
Your account and billing summary in SmartSize shows your current plan, how many size charts you are using, your fit quiz recommendation quota, and your billing details. This guide explains how to find and read that summary.
Before you start¶
Make sure you have:
- permission to view app billing information in Shopify
- a few minutes to review the numbers
1. Open the Plans section in SmartSize¶
In SmartSize, open Plans from the app navigation.
The Plans page shows your account and billing summary at the top, followed by plan options if you want to compare or upgrade.
2. Review your current plan¶
The summary shows the name of your active plan. This might be Free, Starter, Growth, or one of the Pro tiers such as Pro 100 or Pro 250.
Check that the plan name matches what you expect. If you recently upgraded or downgraded, confirm that the new plan is shown here. If the plan does not match what you selected, wait a minute and refresh the page, or check that Shopify approved the charge.
3. Check your size chart usage¶
The summary shows how many published size charts you are currently using, along with the limit included in your plan.
For example, if you see 2 of 10 published size charts, you are using 2 charts out of the 10 allowed by your plan. If you see Unlimited, your plan does not impose a chart limit.
Use this number to decide whether you have room to add more charts, or whether you need to upgrade to publish additional ones.
4. Check your fit quiz recommendation quota¶
If your plan includes fit quizzes, the summary shows your monthly recommendation usage.
You see two numbers: how many unique shoppers have received recommendations this month, and the total quota included in your plan. For example, 45 of 100 means 45 unique shoppers have received fit quiz recommendations out of the 100 included this month.
This number resets on the first day of each calendar month. It does not include repeat recommendations for the same shopper.
5. Review your billing cycle and notification email¶
The summary also shows:
- the email address where SmartSize sends usage notifications
- the status of your current billing period
Make sure the notification email is an address you check regularly. SmartSize sends warnings when you are approaching your fit quiz recommendation limit, and alerts when the limit has been reached.
If the email address is wrong or outdated, update it so you do not miss important usage notifications.
Check the result¶
After reviewing the summary, you should know:
- which SmartSize plan is active on your store
- how many published size charts you are using and how many remain
- how many fit quiz recommendations have been used this month
- whether your notification email is correct
If any number looks unexpected, compare it against the plan details in SmartSize plans and feature limits.
