Fit quiz supported languages¶

SmartSize fit quiz text is translated and maintained by the SmartSize team.
Merchants do not edit fit quiz questions, result text, or recommendation text directly. If your storefront uses a supported language, SmartSize shows the fit quiz in that language automatically.
Supported fit quiz languages¶
SmartSize currently supports fit quiz translations for these languages:

How SmartSize chooses the fit quiz language¶
SmartSize uses the storefront language passed to the fit quiz.
If the exact locale is supported, SmartSize uses it. For example, pt-BR uses Brazilian Portuguese.
If the exact regional locale is not available, SmartSize tries the closest language match. For example, a French regional locale can use fr.
If SmartSize cannot find a supported match, the fit quiz uses English.
What merchants can and cannot edit¶

Request another fit quiz language¶
If you need a fit quiz language that is not listed above, contact SmartSize support.
Include:
- the language you need
- the locale code, if you know it
- your store URL
- the markets or countries where you plan to use the language
- your expected launch date, if the language is needed for a deadline
SmartSize reviews language requests and prioritizes them based on merchant demand and translation coverage requirements.
If the fit quiz appears in the wrong language¶
Check that:
- your storefront language is set correctly in Shopify
- you are viewing the storefront in the intended language
- the language is listed as supported above
If the language is supported but the fit quiz still appears in English, contact SmartSize support with the product URL and the storefront language you expected to see.
